These are BEFORE and AFTER photos of our homes. Can you tell the differences?

#1: 4825 SE 133rd

Sold March 2003 to a couple with 2 kids. Casey performed their wedding in their new home.

#2: 8319 SE 70th
Look closely at Corey removing the floor glue; he has a little helper (Mikki, our 4lb Yorkie, now in doggie heaven)
Sold June 2003 to a woman; her first home.

#3: 6824 SE Crystal Springs

Sold August 2003 to a husband and wife with lots of nieces and nephews.

#4: 6525 SE Ramona

Sold November 2003 to a couple from Orange County, CA, moving here to be closer to their daughter.

#5: 7315 SE Sherrett

Sold March 2004 to a man and his girlfriend.

#6: 145 NE 100th

We will be holding onto this property since it is on a 9100 SF lot in the middle of the Gateway Renewal District. All the properties in the area were rezoned commercial after we bought it, so we're going to hold onto it until we get an offer we can't refuse. We have rented it to a wonderful couple who have used the expansive back yard for a fabulous garden. Their two dogs love it, too.

#7: 7621 SE Lamphier, Milwaukie

Sold November 2004 to a couple. Husband is a trucker, and there's room to park his rig. Wife square danced in a class with Casey & Berdell! {{:-}

#8: 7645 SE Henderson, Portland
We decided to do wood flooring: Shed remodel:
Sold February 2005 to a couple. Their first home.

#9: 9659 SE Ellis, Portland

Sold March 2005 to a couple, Felipe and Brandi (seen with realtor, Rebecca) and their two doggies (Anna, the Bassett Hound and Brody, the Long Haired Doxie, still a puppy). Their first home.

#10: 4401 SE 66th Ave, Portland
This was a friend's home, and several of us helped her out with painting. This isn't one of the church projects, but I included it because the teamwork of our members was awesome!

Sold July 2005 to a single man, Jonathan. His first home. Lost before photos. Dang!

#11: 6905 SE 70th Ave, Portland

This was our personal/pastoral residence from 1999 until it was purchased in April 2006 by a young couple, Roger & Mikki, from San Francisco, their first home. The proceeds from this home went into the Portland Center building fund, and Berdell and I moved into home #12 below.

#12: 11307 NE Fremont Ct, Portland

In our search for homes to remodel, we found a 3898 SF home in the Parkrose neighborhood that needed extensive remodeling, and would serve us well as both a new personal residence, and business setting for Portland Center. We now have a larger office, separate counseling room, separate classroom, and a wonderful covered patio for summer book studies.

#13: 6416 SE Mitchell

This home was sold in August 2006 to a single man, a first time buyer named Vincent.

#14: 1819 SE Locust Ave

This home was sold in June 2007 to a single man, a first time buyer named Marcus.

#15: 1706 NE 119th

We bought this home right after we sold the Locust home above, and loved it so much that we decided to keep it as a rental. At this point, we now have three homes that we rent out, and the rest we have sold.

#16: 1232 NE 52nd

This home was sold in August 2008 to a young couple and their son.

#17: 4835 NE 78th Ave

About the time we were finishing this one, home prices dropped considerably, so we rented it out and will wait until we can sell for an amount that allows us to add to our building fund.
